We encourage our members to use the discussion forums where we constantly discuss how we can improve their experience and Air International Virtual Airlines as a whole.

The CEO and Assistant CEO are our designated Public Relations officers and they often receive feedback and communicate ideas to Air International Virtual Airlines' members and the wider community, as well as implementing changes.
