Our pilot rating procedure reflects that of most real-world airlines. Although ratings have no interference on which routes or aircraft you can fly, the higher your rating is, the more people will regard you as an expert, which you will be by the time you have many flight hours... Senior Captains are regarded as highly experienced members and are given extra respect by other members.

Senior first officer	101-200 hours
Captain	201-500 hours
Senior captain	500+ hours
