Connecting to TeamSpeak

Important: Send your pilot number, name and desired password to leadership(at)airinternationalva.com, from your Air International-registered email address to obtain your login details.

1. Download and Install TeamSpeak Client 2

2. Start TeamSpeak, click on Connection and Connect

3. You will be presented with this screen. Select Local Addressbook

3. Right-click on Servers and select Add Server

4. Fill in these details

Label: Air International

Server Address: airinternational.teamspeakcp.com:5240

Nickname: FirstName LastName

Select: Registered

Login Name: (your pilot number)

Password: (the password that has been assigned to you when you requested a registration)

Select: Auto-Reconnect

Press Connect

5. Once you are connected, select Settings and Sound Input/Output Settings

6. Under the Voice Send Method menu, select Push to Talk

7. Press Set, select a Ctrl (Control) key on your keyboard. This key will be used to speak to other people on the Channels

8. To move between channels, double-click the channel's name

Remember: TeamSpeak can be used when minimised!
